Training is one thing, but accompanied by; nutrition, rest, and sleep, along with lifestyle habits will determine your outcome. Look at the food you eat, is it packaged? Processed foods are foods that have been de-saturated of all their goodness, and then filled with alternatives, flavourings, sweeteners and sugar.
