NUTRITION

It is vital that your body receives all the vitamins and minerals it needs to fuel, repair, grow and have the energy to workout. Nourishing your body with healthy, unrefined foods will not only make you look good, but make you feel a lot better! Higher energy levels that last for longer will mean you can achieve more all day every day! 3-4 meals a day with high protein and vegetables is a good start to your diet, and will make you reap the benefits of having a well-nourished body. Hydration is equally important, you must be looking to drink at least 2 litres of fluid a day, ideally water, to stay fit and healthy and give your body the full nourishment it deserves. I will be looking into certain body fat storage sites, as these give me a subtle indicator what is going on with your nutrition, or lifestyle that we can manage to get rid of those stubborn areas. Whether that is hormonal imbalances causing fat gain, inefficient detoxification pathways, or nutrient deficiencies causing specific weight gain. Then it comes down to personal differences and what works best for you, what foods suit your body, meal timings and portion sizes. I will be there to guide you every step of the way!
